Welcome to AISpeak! By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Account creation: To use our app, you must create an account. We do not address anyone under the age of 13. By signing up, you agree to our terms of service and privacy policy.

Payments: Payments are non-refundable. Once you subscribe to one of our plans, you will be charged accordingly.

Usage: You agree to use our app for its intended purpose of learning English. You will not use our app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Avoid posting any illegal, harmful, or explicit content.

Intellectual property: All content and materials available on our app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Distya Softwares LLP and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use our app.

Your privacy is important to us at AISpeak. We have developed this privacy policy to explain how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

Information we collect: We collect information that you provide to us when you create an account and subscribe to one of our plans. This information includes your name, email address,payment information,location and the data (audio and text) you send while using the app. While we use encryption in transit, it's important to understand that the internet is not entirely immune to risks. Despite our best efforts, no security measures can guarantee 100% protection against all potential threats or breaches. It is important to ensure the security of your account by not sharing your password with anyone and by taking measures to keep your device secure.

Cookies: We utilizes cookies for both functional and non-functional purposes to enhance user experience and provide essential functionalities. These cookies are integral to the proper functioning of our app and cannot be opted out of.

Data Analytics and Advertising IntegrationWe also integrate Google Analytics and Facebook Ads into our app to gather insights and improve your experience.
